HiLIFE Webinar: Catherine Peichel

​Replaying the tape of life: how predictable is evolution?
Prof. Catherine (Katie) Peichel completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, obtained her PhD at Princeton University, and did a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University. She was a Professor at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle for 13 years before moving to the University of Bern in 2016. Her research focuses on identifying the genetic and genomic mechanisms that underlie evolutionary processes.
