iCAN science seminar: Livius Penter

Tracking leukemia and immune cell co-evolution at the single cell level

 

Livius Penter obtained his MD from Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin in 2014. After working as resident in hematology/oncology and internal medicine in Berlin from 2015 to 2019, he joined Cathy Wu’s lab at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as postdoctoral research fellow in 2019. His research has focused on understanding response and resistance to immune checkpoint blockade in AML and using single cell lineage-tracing approaches with natural barcodes to dissect longitudinal leukemia evolution.
