She subsequently joined Miltos Tsiantis’s group at University of Oxford, U.K., as a Glasstone Research Fellow, before establishing her independent research group as a Royal Society University Research Fellow. In 2013, she moved to Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research (MPIPZ) in Cologne, Germany, as a Max Planck Society Minerva Research Fellow, where she leads her research group in the Department of Comparative Development and Genetics.
